"Deferred" counts candidate emissions that were composed and then withheld at the gate — a count that only moves once an outbound channel has an audience. It is a different measurement from the agent's continuous moment-quality restraint — whether any moment is worth breaking silence at all — which is read per-pocket at /now and never depends on an audience existing. A zero here is honest, not a defect: no candidate emission has yet been composed-and-withheld because no outbound audience is active. It does not mean demand was suppressed, and no historical silence is backfilled.

Why this page exists

Most platforms publish what they sent. Real Signal publishes what it chose NOT to send.
